Universal Components in Avtoaktiv Ltd

Being founded in 1908, the original name of the company was Kellett -manufacturer of laminated road springs. After 1915 the company focused mainly on the distribution of spare parts for trucks and trailers. Due to its ambitious management team and employees, the company transforemed from a manufacturer to a global distributor of parts. In 1999 the company was sold to the LEX Group with a new name Multipart Universal. In 2004 Multipart Universal was purchased by Gary Hadley, who gave it its most recent name - Universal Components UK Ltd (UCUK) and became an independent operating company. To the present day it is still an active company dealing with sales and exports to more than 30 countries in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
